  • BOXING CONDITIONING CLASS

          This class is a combination of interval weight training and boxing basics.

 

  • BOXING 101

        This class offers a beginners look at boxing, bag work and sparring.

 

  • KICKBOXING

        This class offers a look at kickboxing basics. how to throw proper kick-punch combinations.

 

 

  • MIXED MARTIAL ARTS CLASS

        This class is offered for the individual that wants to learn about all aspects of the fight game. You will learn technique in a stand up fight situation or if the fight goes to the ground. Knowing what to do and when to use a specific technique is very important.


 

 

  • PRICES FOR CLASSES $10.00 per class or 100.00 unlimited

 

  • WOMENS CLASSES    Mon.  Wed. 6pm.        Tue.  Thurs. 5pm

 

  • MENS  CLASSES          Mon.  Wed. 5pm.        Tue.  Thurs. 6pm.
