George Lata has studied and taught martial arts, fitness and combat sports for over 20 years. After receiving his Black Belt in Karate as a teenager, he went on to study Boxing, Collegiate Wrestling, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and full contact sport fighting. Former Director of training at the Spire Institute, an exclusive health and wellness center, in Scottsdale Arizona. “I love to help and motivate people to achieve their fitness goals and to help them define their awareness physically and mentally in all aspects of their life.” After many years of helping others achieve their goals, George was finally able to acheive a goal for himself by creating his own Training center.

Family Fitness I think it is neccesary to teach young adults about fitness and health. When kids are in their teenage years it is important to learn about eating right and exercise. The hope is if they learn these skills at a young age they will carry the good habits into adulthood. Also for you parents no matter what age you are, It is STILL never too late to start a good exercise program. You just need a little motivation.
